Webber & Thies Shareholder Phillip Van Ness began his term as Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section Council on June 14 at the ISBA Annual Meeting. The Section monitors developments in the environmental law field and evaluates and makes recommendations regarding legislation to promote the responsible use of the environment.
