This morning Shareholder John Thies spoke before an international audience of attorneys at the Legus International Network of Law Firms Fall Meeting in Clearwater, Florida. He discussed the efforts in some US states to make changes in legal ethics rules that would conflict with the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and threaten the client interest.
