Mr. Anderson concentrates his practice in the areas of general litigation and business representation. In this regard, he has litigated in jurisdictions throughout the state of Illinois.

Mr. Anderson is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central (2007) and Northern (2010) Districts of Illinois as well as the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals (2011).

Mr. Anderson is a member of the Champaign County, Illinois State, and American Bar Associations.

Publications and Presentations:

Mr. Anderson co-authored The Medical Peer Review Privilege: Illustrative Cases of the Public Policy Supporting the Privilege and a Practical Approach to Presenting the Case for Protection, Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal, Fall 2010, Volume 46, Issue 1.

Mr. Anderson presented the “Illinois Tort Law Update” at the Illinois Defense Counsel Fall Conference in 2009.

Civic and Philanthropic Involvement:

Mr. Anderson is an active member of Twin City Bible Church in Urbana, IL. Together with his wife, Shannon, he is a “small group” leader for youth in the church.
